What a great day we had at Collingwood Children’s Farm.

What a fabulous night it was. Thank you to all the Junior  teachers for your hard work to make this night so successful. Thanks Kim for your help on the night.

We had a great time at the Aquarium. We saw so many things. Thanks Tiana for your tour. We learned so much.

Well done to all the Juniors on a fabulous Identity Box Presentation.

We had a great time at the 5/6 Inquiry Presentation.  Some budding scientists showing us about important inventions.

The end or Term 3 was very exciting with our Inquiry Afternoon showing off our Dioramas based on the Dreamtime stories we have been reading. We also showed off what we have been doing with QR codes and Beebots.

We made our Super Bee target. We had a Art and Craft session for our reward.

Congratulations Levi on winning the Italian prize for this term.

Mrs. Colvin organised a wonderful incursion to link in with our Inquiry unit.  The children designed, made and had a ride in the Billy Carts.

We have been combining our Literacy and Inquiry with some amazing results.  We had to design and make a chair for Baby Bear.

We had to design and make a bridge that the Troll could fit under.

We had to design and make one of the Three Little Pigs houses.  Mrs. Gommers had way too much fun in this session.

The Prep are presenting their creations to the class.  Wow they are amazing.  Here are a few.

Tully made a house with a door that opens.

Liam made a car with a boot that opens and a pencil case with a lid that comes off.

Jessica made a TV that has movable knobs and a dog with a wobbly head and tail.
